Post: Deputy Project Manager
Integrated Community Development (ICD) Project – Taloja
At, we work with urban poor communities to improve access to healthcare, education, livelihoods, and civic entitlements through community-led action and advocacy.
We are looking for an experienced and committed professional to lead and support the implementation of our ICD project in Taloja.
📍 Location: Khairne, Dongrichapada, Taloja
🎓 Qualification: Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field
🧑💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years in community development/project management
Key Responsibilities
- Programme planning & implementation
- Stakeholder coordination with communities & government systems
- Team supervision & capacity building
- Monitoring, reporting & documentation
- Resource & financial management
